Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 11am UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, at a weekend, or on a local bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery options, prices and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items show an estimated dispatch date on the product page and in your order confirmation. That date can move by a day or two. If it changes significantly, for example because a shipment is delayed, we will email you, and you are free to cancel for a full refund. If your order contains both a pre-order item and an item we hold in stock, they may arrive separately.

Import duty and taxes

United Kingdom. The price you pay at checkout is the full amount. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

European Union, orders under €150. Duty and VAT are settled at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your order arrives.

United States. Our Royal Mail delivery options have duty and taxes included, so there is nothing to pay when your order arrives. If you choose an express courier option instead, import charges are collected by the carrier before delivery and are yours to pay.

Everywhere else, including European Union orders over €150. Import duty and taxes are set by the country your order is going to and are not included in the price you pay us. Your carrier will collect them before delivery, and they are yours to pay. We cannot tell you the amount in advance, as it depends on the rules where you live.

If a parcel is refused, or comes back to us because the import charges were not paid, we will refund the price of the goods less the cost of returning them to us and any charges our carrier passes on to us.

Tracking

We email tracking as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your order in your account.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not turned up by the estimated delivery date, email hello@legendsofeyewear.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
