Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind, or need a different size? No problem. Here's how it works.

The basics

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return or exchange it. Items need to come back unworn and in their original condition and packaging, including the case, cloth and any inserts. Lenses should be unmarked.

How to start a return

Start your return from your account, or use the link in your order confirmation. Choose the item(s), tell us whether you want a refund or exchange, and pick a reason. We'll review it (usually within a day) and email you the go-ahead along with the return address. Please don't ship anything back until your return's been approved, so your parcel stays tracked.

Return postage

Return shipping is paid by you. Please use a tracked service so it doesn't go missing.

Exchanges

Want a different size, style or band? Start an exchange from your account. Exchanges are for an item of equivalent value. If you're moving up to a pricier pair, we'll send a quick link for the difference, and we'll get the new pair out as soon as your return is on its way back.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we'll refund your original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 business days of receipt. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Faulty or damaged

Every pair is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. If something fails because of how it was made, we'll repair or replace it free of charge, for as long as you own it. This is separate from general wear and tear or accidental damage. If your pair arrives damaged or faulty, start a return from your account and add a photo, and we'll sort it out quickly.

What we can't take back

Made-to-order items, such as anything with a custom lens spec, are made just for you and can't be returned unless they're faulty. We also can't accept items returned worn, marked, or without their original packaging.

Your statutory rights

None of the above affects your legal rights. Under UK and EU distance-selling rules you have a minimum of 14 days to cancel and return an order for any reason. Our 30-day policy simply gives you longer.
