Política de cancelamento

Pre-orders

When you buy a pre-order, you are buying a product before it is in stock. Payment is taken in full at checkout, not as a deposit.

The product page and your order confirmation show an estimated dispatch date. That date can move by a day or two. If it changes significantly, for example because a shipment is delayed, we will email you to let you know, and you are free to cancel for a full refund at that point.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason, and we will refund you in full to your original payment method. Email hello@legendsofeyewear.com with your order number and we will take care of it.

Once your order has been dispatched

Once a pre-order has been dispatched it is treated like any other order, so our Returns and Refunds policy takes over. You have 30 days from the day it arrives to return or exchange it, unworn and in its original packaging, with return postage paid by you.
